Terms and conditions

The buyers have the obligation to familiarize with the given terms and conditions before placing the order, that is before communicating personal data to the operator. Thus, by accepting the terms and conditions, the customer confirms that they are informed about the policy of confidentiality, the policy of processing data with personal character, and the policy of returning / substituting products, and that the above mentioned are fully understood, the client accepting the terms and conditions listed below.

Policy of confidentiality

This site is operated by the company “Mi Shop Com” SRL, that commits to respect and to protect the confidentiality of personal information provided by the site visitors.

“Mi Shop Com” SRL holds all the rights over the content of the given website, as well as the materials published on it, the use by visitors in other goals than placing the orders and acquaintance with activities of our company, being strictly prohibited.

Any modifications to the present policy of confidentiality, will be published on the website www.mishop.md.

Personal data processing

Personal data collected through the website www.mishop.md, are processed in the goal of communicating with the buyer for confirming and finalizing the order of products from the website and further delivery to the address indicated by the buyer.

In order to process and deliver the orders from the buyers, before finalizing the placement of order on the website, the following personal data will be required: name, surname, mobile phone number / phone/fax, email, address (of home or residence).

Personal data will be stored in the “Clients” system of evidence, until the complete execution of company obligations towards the buyer (reception of delivery), afterwards the data will be erased.  

Additionally, personal data collected through cookies, will be processed in accordance with the legitimate interest of the operator to ensure the good functioning of the website, to ensure protection against fraud, for information regarding the length of visit, products accessed or searched, without establishing the identity of clients, as well as their location, unless acceptance is granted.

Return / replacement of products 

The return of products is made in accordance with the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova on consumer protection. Thus, the buyer has the right to request the return or substitution of products in a timeframe of 14 days from the moment of acquisition. The return or replacement is made only if the product has not been used, it is packed in its original package, with intact labels and with all the documents confirming the procurement (bill, invoice, or bank card receipt, by case).

The buyer will organize the return of items by his own means and on his own expenses, to the headquarters of Curier Rapid, Nr. 5, Aleea Gării str., Chisinau. 

If the item to be replaced is missing in the seller’s stock, the equivalent value will be reimbursed in 5 working days after the receipt of a written request in this sense.
